I suggest he remain locked up for a very long time with psyche evaluation. A man shooting in the streets and then car jacking is a dangerous person. WHY wouldn't he be kept in jail. Astounding. I am sorry Lynnwood that this happened there. Be very careful how you vote on things as well we are all in a mess.
