Donna was born in Wenatchee, Washington, to E.M. "Jack" and Ruth Allen. She was preceded in death by her parents and her son, Bob.

She is survived by her husband of 70 years, Dale; her brother, Bob Allen; her daughters, Vicki and Kerry; grandchildren Shannon and Hillary (Erik), Whitney; and seven great-grandchildren.

A celebration of life will be held at the Edmonds United Methodist Church, 828 Caspers St., Edmonds, at 1 p.m. March 19, and streamed online at edmondsumc.org/broadcast.
