This week's Edmonds Woodway athlete of the week is junior swimmer Mate Pallos. Pallos was sensational this past week at the district swim meet by qualifying for the state swim meet in four different events. Pallos won the district meet in the 100 Backstroke. This marked the third year in a row that a EWHS swimmer has won this event. Pallos also finished 2nd in the 100 freestyle which also earned him a state berth.
