Well written. Hum! Is this an Apartment building for sale or rent? Will the person who owns the property be decision maker etc? I see and maybe that is what they were speaking of with another light less can't get out of their garages building? Or is this a new one. IS is right directly on MAIN street? Just curious. Thanks
