Charcoal has created a menu and atmosphere that reflects a love of quality and creative food. Pictured appetizers: Brussels Caesar, with a bit of pork belly, and pickled vegetable.

After visiting Charcoal, the new restaurant in downtown Edmonds tucked inside the Graphite Arts Center, I planned to title this review "Food as Art."

Thanks for the great review of this new restaurant. I'm curious if the cow statute is still outside the restaurant doors and if so, what is the meaning of the cow?
