What's the value of motherhood? Bad bosses inspire book

Ask any person to describe motherhood, and you might hear – and imagine – a string of images like dirty diapers, screaming toddlers, and putting dinner on the table.

And, though no one says it, dare we add scrubbing out the occasional filthy toilet, too?

In all fairness, it must be admitted that we do set aside every now and again to celebrate motherhood. Typically, once a year, and at a restaurant "so mom doesn't have to cook."

But what if motherhood were something more?

What if motherhood were also a prime training ground for the woman to succeed in a 21st century business environment...
