The coronavirus pandemic continues to leave its mark on the Edmonds School District, with enrollment numbers significantly down, and Edmonds-Woodway and Meadowdale high schools both reporting positive COVID cases.

Pitiful situation. I am inclined to believe that if a teacher refuses to be vaccinated she has no place in the teaching process at all. IF they cared about children, getting a vaccine that is FDA approved and recommended strongly even by our very L governor shouldn't be that much to ask. Gets the economy rolling, gets people back to work. Jobs available in my places I have noticed...but teaching has a lot of benefits, vacations all paid, a pretty short work day compared to many. A pension I believe...Things others only dream about..and they won't get vaccinated? I don't want this type of apparently don't believe in science or human compassion teaching our children.
