A killdeer is watching her eggs closely at Civic Park in Edmonds.
It's a pretty cool sight right in the heart of Edmonds, but don't get too close. You'll get an earful of angry chirping – after all, it's a mother protecting her eggs.
A couple of days ago, petanque regulars at Civic Field noticed a nesting pair...
