Hanging up posters at Frances Anderson Center March 26 were, from left, Florence Chan, Laurie Rose, and Chis Walton.

Chan and Walton are with the Friends of Edmonds Library, while Rose is with the city of Edmonds.

Up through May 22, the images – part of the Edmonds Arts Commission's "On the Fence" temporary public art program – were created by kids for the library's annual Best Book I Ever Read Poster contest.

A permanent exhibition of all the posters is available in an online gallery at the Edmonds Best Book website: edmondsbestbookposter.wordpress.com.
