Max McKinley, a real estate broker in Edmonds, has created a GoFundMe page – Edmonds Foodie Fund – to help local restaurants during the ongoing coronavirus pandemic.

"Our goal is to keep every hurting restaurant in business through COVID times, as we are a community and don't want to see anyone shut down," said McKinley, who created the page along with friend Ryan Hoff.

"With phase 2, there are still many places that can't and won't get by with only 25% capacity. Our first $2,300 and change went to Calypso, and man, what a feeling it was to see their faces and the emotion a few extra do...
