For more than a decade, the City, residents, and business and property owners along Fourth Avenue North between Main Street and the Edmonds Center for the Arts have discussed a reinvention of that important corridor to create a more pleasant, safer, and more attractive pedestrian experience and a unique destination within downtown Edmonds.
The community has been supportive of creating a special, arts-infused experience – the Fourth Avenue Cultural Corridor – said City spokesperson Jamie Holter.
The City will share concepts with the public 6 p.m. Monday, Aug. 24, at a virtual open house...
