Gun violence impact: Documentary screens in Edmonds

Volunteers with the Washington Chapter of Moms Demand Action for Gun Sense in America and Black Lives Matter will host a free screening of “QUEST: A Portrait of An American Family” Sunday, Nov. 17, at Edmonds Theater, 415 Main St.

Doors open at 10 a.m., and the film begins at 10:30, followed by a brief panel discussion of the issues raised in the documentary.

Organizers says it’s appropriate for youth and adults interested in learning more about the impact of gun violence and how to help prevent it.
