To say that the Edmonds-Woodway cross country program has undergone some major changes would be the understatement of the year.
The Warriors graduated arguably their most talented class of seniors in many years and also saw longtime coach Alan Bonney retire. Six members of the boys team and three on the girls signed letters of intent last spring to continue their running careers in college.
Senior Jacob Willcox is staking his claim to the No. 1 slot for the boys team. He took first place at the first Wesco meet of the season, the Dirty Face Cup, easily winning the 2.92-mile race at Valley...
