Gala raises more than $435K for Cascadia Art Museum

The "Summer Stars" annual auction raised funds for Cascadia Art Museum. It was held in Woodway.

Cascadia Art Museum in Edmonds held its fourth annual gala, "Summer Stars," over the weekend on the lawn of the historic Woodway home of Lindsey and Carolyn Eschelbarger with a panoramic view of the Olympic Mountains.

The event, a fundraiser for the museum, featured Scratch Distillery cocktails on the bluff to a multi-course dinner in the tent from Shooby Doo Catering. It featured a golden ticket raffle and a live auction of art pieces, travel experiences and other items to bid on.

More than 300 attendees helped raised more than $435,000.
