Protests at shuttered Edmonds business

Last updated 6/8/2019 at Noon

In the wake of Jawahar (Jay) Lai's closure of Woodway Market due to racist graffiti scrawled on the business' window, some residents have shown up at the shuttered market to express their support of Lai.

This picture was taken Saturday, June 8, at the market on 100th Avenue West.

The closure was reported in the most recent edition of the Beacon.
