Homeless man shot with paintball gun; 2 Edmonds teens arrested

Two Edmonds teenagers were among four arrested Sunday, Jan. 20, for allegedly shooting a homeless man with a paintball gun. The four then reportedly laughed and drove off.

The incident occurred just after midnight in the 19200 block of 196th Street SW near the intersection of 76th Avenue NW, and just outside Edmonds city limits.

At about midnight, according to Cmdr. Sean Doty of the Lynnwood Police, a man contacted a Lynnwood police officer on an unrelated traffic stop near the 19200 block of 196th Street SW. The man, who said he was in his 50s and homeless, told the officer he had been w...
