Knights fall to Eagles in battle for first place | Football

King’s put together one of its strongest performances of the season.

But the Knights didn’t come away with the victory, as Cedar Park Christian – Bothell scored on its first four offensive possession and held on for a 28-14 victory in a North Sound Conference football game Friday, Oct. 12, at Redmond High School.

The Eagles (3-0 in the league, 5-1 overall) took over sole possession of first place in the league, while King’s (2-1, 2-5) dropped into a second place tie with South Whidbey (2-1, 5-2). The Knights and the Falcons are scheduled to face off in the final regular season game...
