What’s your vision for the revitalization of Highway 99?

Something unusual happened at a recent community workshop – residents and developers agreed.

When it comes to Highway 99, those who attended the City of Edmonds Highway 99 planning workshop agreed that the area is in need of significant improvements, from housing and pedestrian access to beautification and infrastructure.

Ranya Khalil has lived near 75th Avenue W., with her husband and two kids, for 10 years.

Khalil said they have no plans to move, and she wants to see their Highway 99 neighborhood reflect the characteristics of Edmonds.
