Gloria (Quigley) Ohm  1927 - 2013

Gloria (Quigley) Ohm

Gloria Ruth Ohm passed away peacefully on February 25, 2013 at her Lake Stevens home.

She is survived by her loving children, Mark Quigley (Rachael), Brian Quigley (Robby), Skip Quigley (Nancy), Robin Quigley Huested (Mike), Jill Ohm; also eight grandchildren and many great-grandchildren.

Gloria was born in Saint Maries, Idaho to Harold Goodson and Lenora Doty Goodson. Gloria spent her younger years in Edmonds, a town that she dearly loved; later she lived, worked and retired in Lake Stevens.

All of us that knew Gloria remember the unique ability that she possessed to electrify a room or gathering with her amazing smile, her genuine warmth and unbelievable beauty.

Her gift with interior design was a tribute to her exquisite taste and style. Many famous and elaborate homes exhibited her elegant style as did her own home.

As a mother she was selflessly devoted to her family; always supportive, fair and encouraging. Our mother’s incredible smile and understanding heart will be missed by all who knew her.

A memorial service will be held at the Edmonds Senior Center at 2 p.m., on Saturday March 9, 2013.
