A 6-year-old boy kidnapped overnight from Lynnwood has been located safe and unharmed in King County, according to the Snohomish County Sheriff’s Office. The 32-year-old suspect remains on the loose. Detectives say he is thought to be driving the victim’s 2010 silver Ford Fusion with Washington license plate CVF8854.
Around 10 p.m. Monday, June 15, deputies responded to reports of an assault and a female victim being thrown from a vehicle near 148th Street SW in Lynnwood. Deputies located the victim, a 29-year-old woman, on the side of the roadway with significant injuries to her head and face. An ambulance took her to Providence Regional Medical Center in Everett.
Deputies learned the suspect, the victim’s ex-boyfriend, fled the area in the victim’s vehicle with her 6-year-old child inside. The suspect is 32-year-old Deivi Johnson Garson Donado.
Early Tuesday morning, June 16, King County Sheriff’s Office deputies responded to a report from a family friend in Shoreline. The friend told deputies they woke up to find the child in their front yard around 5:30 a.m. Deputies found the child safe and unharmed, and he has since been reunited with his mother.
The suspect is wanted for multiple felony domestic violence crimes. Anyone who sees the suspect or the vehicle should call 911 immediately and should not approach him.
