Deanna Durham, age 61, passed away unexpectedly on February 26 in her home of Lynnwood, Washington.
Born on December 22, 1964 in Manteca, California, she moved to Washington when she was 27 and became a long-standing member of the Edmonds community for 34 years. She worked at many local businesses, such as the Edmonds Goodwill, Ivar’s, and Mike’s Deli Mart.
Deanna lived a small, yet eventful life filled with love and intensity. Despite a hard upbringing, she never complained and always took it one day at a time with a beautiful smile on her face. Optimism and a smile were her essence.
Deanna was a loving, kind, smart, strong, and selfless soul that will be deeply missed by those she affected. She is survived by her two children, Skye and Gabriel Paquette, who aim to cherish her memory and celebrate her life with broken hearts and admiration.
There will be a celebration of life held at Marina Beach Park on Tuesday, May 12, at 4 p.m. Anyone is welcome to attend and take a moment to appreciate the life of a wonderful woman who has left us too soon.
Deanna had limited funds when she passed; if you would like to help support her family during this time, a GoFundMe has been set up to facilitate cremation costs at the link: https://gofund.me/61309d1c7. Any support is appreciated.
