Cascade Swim Club makes signs supporting Prop. 1

From Megan Wolfe:

I am a proud Cascade Swim Club parent and am so impressed with our kids.

Tonight (Oct. 27), our group of 10-14-year-olds took their practice time to make Pro-Prop 1 signs. Tomorrow, Oct. 28, we'll be out at Edmonds Way and 100th from 5-6 p.m., waving signs to support the levy and Yost pool.

The most common question we got while they made signs was, "Why would they take away our pool?" These young kids spend 12 hours a week at Yost working on their long-term swimming goals, bonding as teammates, and working their bodies.

They are incredible and the pool is such a huge benefit to our community.
