If I read this article correctly Michelle Bennett thinks that $321,000 in fines per month amounts to $3.1 million a year. However, there are 12 months in a year and 12 x $321,000 = $3,852,000. Perhaps the City Council should not pay much attention to someone lacking elementary arithmetic skills.
