Chase Lake Elementary kindergarten teacher Jennifer Gero earned a nomination and the win for Star 101.5 radio's Teacher of the Week, thanks to one of her students who wrote into the radio station. She and her students were in class as Jen and Curt from the morning show came by to celebrate. The radio hosts brought goodie bags for the office staff and classroom to thank Gero.
