Niles Peacock took first place for a nontraditional bagel in a competition in Atlantic City. The bagel will soon be available at his Edmonds restaurant.
Edmonds' own Niles Peacock continues to pick up culinary awards. The owner of Niles Peacock Kitchen & Bar at Salish Crossing recently competed in the Artisan Bakery East and Pizza & Pasta Northeast Expo in Atlantic City, New Jersey.
