Lorraine Goddard took first place in the Vision of the Future Marsh category.
Edmonds Marsh Estuary Advocates (EMEA) is thrilled to announce that 46 artists took on the challenge to Paint the Marsh, including many who could be seen painting outdoors on a drizzly, cold day in "Juneuary."
