I agree that is an awful lot of work for a hard copy. I also agree that 20 dollars isn't enough for all the materials and time spent. How about putting a very easy way to find this PDF. People can print their own and then print for others too and staple it together! too much Dave... I agree you have other things to do it sounds like to me.
