Well I expect all of those business's and hotels and such may have a problem. Or maybe things won't rise as quickly again next year? Or maybe those displaced will need a new spot for their SFHomes?? Better save some space now up the Hill. It won't come up here. What about the Ferry what about the parks right on the water in the bowl... Better build some of those up here too. I don't have a crystal ball and don't claim to but it all of this does occur you may see a very different thing in the Bowl of Edmonds. Business's are going to be effected maybe even 3rd down there if this happens quickly. So why build what will be flooded? Mother Nature has a will of her own. As far as gas emmisions goes its too late to have much of an effect unless you want to get rid of the Airport?? You, I do not believe can cut people off from natural gas and leave them in the cold? Oh Boy! Be careful with this rhetoric. Brackets gone? That is what you are saying. Homes along Sunset could have major flooding.
