I absolutely agree with what was said here. NO to this Absolutely NOT. It is so bad here now it can only get worse with a plan like that. The city and few CC mems need realize that this is not going to work. The majority don't want it. It is a horrid idea. But that is it. No two story no three story none of it. WE have reached our density level. if they continue to listen to this it's going to be so stuffed and so ugly and so inconvenient that people are going to rebel. We simply do not have room and our views should not be blocked. People pay a lot for homes here and these too will not be affordable to many. We cannot move all of Sea, Ballard into Edmonds. It is ludicrous to even try it. Also it is time to take a look at our planning board and stop these developers before it is too late. Walking in the rain to nowhere is not cool. Not fair to all.
