I believe Jim. I took the survey 71% say NO to this crazy idea. WE should accept nothing until we know positively infact we should just vote no and accept nothing period.

This article states that Ms. McLaughlin claims no changes in zoning laws would be forced by accepting the grant, while Okonowski claims that there are strings attached to accepting state funding. It would be great to clarify what SPECIFIC terms, conditions, or restrictions would come with accepting the state money.
