Then get Western State fixed right now. Then we will have mental health facilities. Vet them like we do our police for instance. Sorry you had to move a lot and sorry for all who have had issues, so have I. Beat so bad when I was a kid. But no one knew. BUT I still don't believe we don't need to have Mental institutions. 48 rated in the country. Shameful that is. I suggest this is a get on it now for our Governor.
