Deborah Arthur writes:

I say we need help to house and hold without charges any who will agree to it. I think Yost can wait, Meadowdale can wait, and the Bowl other than our sewer issue can wait. They have taken too much and they should have known better. So cut out the luxuries and protect your citizens and Build mental health, Veterans place, and and detox centers with real medical workers...Please and now. I would also say the medium and the trees can wait. But I don't know if it is a law or whatever. But if the city is paying for it I say NO not until it is a place where it won't be damaged immediately. That money should go to 99 and to out quest to end the encampments with other places for those who will go. I mean lock down, no charges and detox and counseling. Volunteers can help, I will. This is how I see it. Also the stream to the sound for the salmon should be the white line!! No doubt about that.
