Suspect arrested in murder of 7-Eleven store clerk released
First-degree murder charge recommended for second suspect

More than two years after the murder of a 7-Eleven store clerk on Highway 99 in Edmonds, Edmonds Police detectives have booked a 26-year-old woman from Auburn for first-degree murder and first-degree robbery.
The suspect, who is not being named as she has not been charged, was released from Snohomish County Jail Friday, April 8.
At her bail hearing Thursday, it was reported that the suspect had "consistently failed to appear" in court after previous arrests. But the judge released her on a technicality with no bail, and prosecutors did not object.
