The Breakfast for Dinner has pesto sauce-topped crust with mozzarella, parmesan, bacon, and sunnyside eggs.

Walking into Niles Peacock Kitchen & Bar, you can feel how quickly it has become a neighborhood favorite. Families, couples, friends, neighbors are all buzzing in conversation with intermittent pauses for a sip or a bite.

Everything, from the white subway tile walls to the upholstered bench seatbacks to the seemingly floating ring lights above, work together to create an atmosphere of comfortable indulgence.

Anyone who knows Niles, who is not new to Edmonds – he was the bartender at the now-closed 190 Sunset – expected his new spot at Salish Crossing to have an impressive selection...
