Suspected Firdale cookie-stand robber arrested, in jail

A 42-year-old Sultan man suspected of robbing a drive-thru cookie shop in Edmonds' Firdale Village Feb. 2 was arrested Feb. 9 by Snohomish County Sheriff's deputies on State Route 9.
According to Interim Assistant Police Chief Josh McClure, cash and the employee's phone were taken at the Firdale shop.
"Our detectives worked with the other agencies to share information," McClure said Friday, Feb. 11. "We will be coordinating with the prosecutor's office and referring our case for charging as well. "
