Connie Bigelow's Miniatures & More store on Howell Way in Edmonds was closed Monday, Jan. 24. Bigelow was sentenced to house arrest.
Edmonds business owner Connie Bigelow was sentenced Jan. 21 by U.S. District Court in Seattle to five years of probation, with one year of house arrest, for wire fraud related to the April 30, 2018, fire at her business, CJN Miniatures & More....
