Glenn Safadago of GBH Holdings has filed an application to develop a three-story, 24-unit apartment complex at 627 Dayton St. The location is just west of the Edmonds Library's west parking lot.

I'd like to suggest that any new design projects, environmental impact reviews, or park proposals mentioned by the Beacon editorial and news staff mention the path and permit numbers. This would help city residents more easily navigate the City of Edmonds website, learn details on their own and be more informed for letters to editor, neighborhood blog comments and to prepare public testimony.
