A Mill Creek woman was struck Saturday, Nov. 27, while crossing Walnut Street at Fifth Avenue South, according to Acting Assistant Police Chief Josh McClure.

“An officer was on the scene moments after the collision,” McClure said. “The driver was not cited, based on the officer’s investigation. The pedestrian suffered an arm injury.”

McClure said the woman and a friend had left a restaurant. A vehicle going north of Fifth Avenue South hit the woman in a crosswalk as it turned left onto Walnut.

McClure said the driver was a Bothell woman who said she did not see the pedestrians.
