Here's a recipe that I created recently to go with a pasta dinner. I consider myself a natural cook even though I did attend Culinary Arts School. Low sodium recipes especially appeal to me. The following one fits the bill. Enjoy!

Ingredients:

½ head cabbage

1 carrot, peeled

½ cup mayonnaise

¼ cup orange marmalade

2 tablespoons pineapple juice

Instructions:

Shred cabbage and carrot into serving bowl. Mix mayonnaise, marmalade and pineapple juice together in a measuring cup. Pour dressing over cabbage/carrot...
