Charcoal, Boathouse Taproom: 2 new restaurants open in Edmonds

Edmonds' restaurant grew even more recently with the arrival of two new restaurants.
Charcoal, located inside the Graphite Arts Center at Second Avenue South and Main Street, opens Friday, Nov. 5, after holding a soft opening.
Owner and chef Jake Wilson, an Edmonds native, says Charcoal is a "new modern American restaurant focused on an Argentinian-style charcoal and wood-burning grill. We will offer Northwest favorites, with seasonal twists and stylish plating."
Charcoal's chef de cuisine is Seth Prigg, a Shorewood High School graduate.
