We in the Pacific Northwest are lucky to be as close as we are to Hawaii. It may be six hours away, but when you are talking about taking in the beauty and gratification of being in Hawaii, well, it's all relative.

That proximity does have other advantages, for example, our many options for Hawaiian food. Many restaurants in the area feature Hawaiian dishes or recipes or flavors.
