Qin Xi'an Noodles receives funds to cover losses from fire

The Edmonds Chamber Foundation has granted $1,000 to an Edmonds business significantly damaged by the early morning fire Sept. 11 at Plum Tree Plaza on Highway 99.

The money comes from the chamber's disaster recovery grant program, the WISH Fund.

The three-alarm blaze engulfed and destroyed several businesses, while smoke and water damaged all others. There are 14 businesses affected to different degrees, said Chamber President and CEO Greg Urban.

Qin Xi'an Noodles was one of those most impacted by the blaze, he added.
