Food Bank fundraiser pivots to a 'speakeasy'

Due to the changing nature of the pandemic, the Edmonds Food Bank Empty Bowl fundraising event Sept. 23 at the Edmonds Yacht Club has pivoted from an indoor dining experience to an outdoor "speakeasy."
This year's theme is "Roaring 20's."
