If you are like me and thousands of others in the United States, you have trouble sleeping. Some of us can’t fall asleep, or we wake up, at what I call the “witching hour” at 3 a.m. I think that we all know that not getting enough sleep can have a detrimental impact on our health. It is important that we get enough sleep. But how to get that sleep eludes many of us.
One of the most important things is to figure out why we aren’t sleeping. That can mean different things for all of us.
