interesting. I didn't know this. I live also in the 5 corners area East of Yost and a bit east of the turnaround. So I guess I am in the same tax base as you. Hum. I think where we are we have to pay some kind of extra tax because of Verdant... I haven't quit figured that out. Hell I just write the check!!! The utility taxes annoy me even more. No one who pays taxes really likes it and they certainly don't love it haha. But I have never complained much at all about paying my fair share of taxes. Even though I have no children and find myself paying many taxes here for that sort of thing from schools to activities. Not once have I ever complained. I don't complain because I too want the best for all children. I too want them safe and warm. So taxes can't take it with ya right ha. Deb.
