Vegetarian Baked Beans | Let's Cook

This recipe is tried and true and always a crowd pleaser. It is a simple and flavorful side dish that can be easily doubled for large gatherings with friends, or holidays with family. Enjoy!
1 big yellow onion, chopped
1/3 cup packed dark brown sugar
3 Tbs Dijon mustard
5 (16 oz) cans navy beans, rinsed and drained
1 (18 oz) jar of your favorite BBQ sauce
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl. Transfer into a greased 13x9 baking dish. Bake for 40-45 minutes.
