Habitat for Humanity's new executive director has a close-up view of the affordable housing crisis in Puget Sound.
Steven Li has lived in Edmonds since 2018.
He knows that the pandemic has exacerbated the issue of affordable housing with decreased inventory and increased construction costs, leading to quickly rising housing prices.
"As the affordable housing landscape continues to change around us," he said, "we will continue to adapt and learn so that we can make as large of an impact as we can in our communities."
