Debuts July 8 behind Safeway on Highway 99

Will a farmers market outside of the Edmonds Bowl make it in Edmonds?

The City is giving it a go, as it announced May 27 it's created an evening summer community evening in the Highway 99 neighborhood.

The Uptown Evening Market debuts on three Thursdays: July 8, Aug. 12, and Sept. 9. It will run from 4-9 p.m. on 236th Street SW between 84th Avenue West and Highway 99, behind Safeway.

A variety of vendors will sell items such as produce, locally made crafts, and food items. Live musical entertainment and food vendors will be present, with free parking available at Edmonds Lutheran Church.

Where is the produce coming from? Once a month the last being dog days in fresh produce world. So 2. Yet the Bowl where the haha UP hills people,...,not my words, live we can't get to the Bowls market...we have no parking...remember. thanks a lot. I will be forever grateful. Ha..
