City Council: Time to get back on the dais
I believe it is time for the City Council to meet in person and allow the public to attend the meetings.
There are many ways to ensure safety. In the Zoom meetings, the public cannot see one another and cannot see when one another has something to say.
City councilmembers have ignored "raised hands" on the virtual platform. They are elected by THE PEOPLE and the meetings should be visible, in person for THE PEOPLE.
Stop doing city business in a format that is not easily transparent.
It's time to meet in person.
