Kelsey Foster named Edmonds' public information officer

The city of Edmonds has hired Kelsey Foster to be its new half-time communications strategist/ public information officer. Foster started in the position Monday, March 22, and follows Carolyn Douglas, who is now with Washington Governors University, and Jamie Holter, who quit after nine months due to conflicts with Mayor Mike Nelson.

Foster had been in an interim position since December and got the job after the city interviewed several candidates.
